RE-ASSIGNMENT AND RELEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THE ATLANrIC NATIONAL BANK OF JACKSONVILLE,
That, for value received, Tru tee of the Grou Investment Fund

called the "Bank'",hereby sells, assigns, transfers, sets over and
MIAMI BEACH FIRST NATIONAL BANK, a corporation, as Trustee
releases unto / of the Trust known as "Brujo Revocable Trust" under Trust
Agreement da~e3 the 19th day of May, ~966 ,
(hereinafter called the Borrawer all of the Bank s right,
title and interest in and to that cerCain lease(s) and all moneys
due and to become due from the Lessee(s) therein, whether as rent or
otherwise, under or by virtue of that certain Collateral Assignment
of Lease and Rentals from the Borrower to the Bank, dated as of the lst
e December~ 19~6 ~ , and recorded in nff;•.; a~
Recnrds Book 60 , p$8e 370 , of the current
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, such lease being
that certain Lease dated November 1, 1962 between EstatE i.acations,
as Lessor, and Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc., as Lessee, for a term of twelve
(12) years commencing November 1, 1962 and expiring at midnight on
October 31, 1974, and covering the identical premises described in that~
certain mortgage recorded in Official Record Book 160, page 364 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and for the further security
~ of which mortgage the above described collateral assignment was made.
~ This re-assignment and release shall bind and inure to the bene-
fit of the parties hereto, their successors and assigns, respectively.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Bank has caused these presents to be
executed in its corporate name and its corporate seal to be hereto
affixed by its officers thereunto duly authorized this ~t, _
