KNOW ALL MEN BY TtiESE PRESENTS, That the undersigned, for and in
consideration of the siut~ of One Dollar, to them in hand paid by
the FORT PIEItCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY of the CITY OF FORT PIERCE,
FLORIDA, A municipal corporation under the laws of the State of
Florida, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey
and grant to the CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA for the use and benefit
af the FORT PIERCE UTILIT~ES AUTHORITY the privil~ge and easement
to construct a water or sewer distribution line over and across the ~
follawing described land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:. '

go upon said land from time to time as may be necessary to construct,
maintain and repair said line. No permanent structures or shrubbery
shall be placed or instalZed on said easement.
The undersigned hereby covenant and warrani. that they awn the
said land and have the right to grant this easement.
