ASSIGHI~iSNT OF ARTICLSS OF AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN ~sY TF~Sx PRESENTS, That RAYMOPID J. CROWNOVER
and MARGARET CROWNOVER, his wife, the "Second Parties" in
Articles of Aqreement dated July 31, 1972, wherein c:LAUD$ H.
COMBS and LOUISE L. COMBS, his wife, were "First Parties; said
agreement being recorded in Official Record Book 204, at page
2333 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, having
received good and valuable consideration from JUDGE C. BI,ACK and
SUSAN BLACK,.his wife, hereby assign, transfer and set over unto
JUDGE C. BLACK and SUSAN BLACK, his wife, of 308 South 21st
Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, all of the right, title and interest
of the said Raymond J. Crownover and Margaret E. Crownover, his
wife, in that certain Articles of Agreement dated the 31st day of
July, 1972, and recorded in Official Record Book 204, at page 2333,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the real
property described therein, to-wit:
Lot 7, of MID-TOWN SUBDIVISION, as per plat
~ thereof on file in Plat Book 11, at page 16,

of the public records of St. Lucie County, _

~ TO I~VE AI~ID TO HOLD the same unto the said JUDGE~C. BLACK
~ and SUSAN BLACK, his wife, their heirs, legal representatives and
assigns, forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, RAYMOIID J. CROWNOVER and MARGARET E.
CROWNOVER, his wife, have caused these presents to be executed in
