TAIS IND$NTURB, executed this ~9~ clay of July, A.D. 1974,
between L80N M. ADDISON, as Executor of the Estate o~ ELIZAB$TH
ADB~SON, deceased, Party of the First Part, and LEON M. ADDISON,
2405 Royal Palm Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, Party of the Second .

WITNLSSETH, that, whereas the Honorable James E. Alderman, one
of the Circuit Judges' in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, on the
24th day of July, 1974, among other things ordered that the Party of
the First Part make distribution of the remaining assets of the
Sstate of SLIZABETH 1~lDDISON, deceased, to LEON M. ADDISON, individually,
and thart such assets consisted solely of the property as hereinafter
described,
NOW, T~REFORE, this indenture Witnesseth: that the said LBON M.
ADDISON, as Executor of the Estate of ELIZABETH ADDISON, deceased, in
pursuance of the Order of the said Court, the Party of the First Part
~ has granted, bargained, sold, and by these presents does grant,

; bargain, sell, alien, release, convey and confirne unto the Party

€ of the Second Part and to his heirs, executors, administrators and

assigns forever, that certain parcel of land in St. Lucie County,
- Florida, described as follaws, to-wit:
Lot 33 and the South 77 feet of Lot ~ '
34 and the West 15 feet of the South '~S5
77 feet of Lot 35, Block 3, LAWNWOOD
ADDITION, as per plat thereof in Plat
~ Book 2, at page 16, of the public
~ records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, the above described and hereby
~ granted premises with the appurtenances unto the said Party of the

Second Part, and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns
