Fort Pierce Port and Airport Authority, a quasi ~
public corporation, as Lessor, and Robert M. Mulgrew, as
Lessee, did on_the I~1,~ day of November, 1973, enter
into a written lease agreement whereby Lessee leased the .

following premises from Lessor for a term of ten (10) years t
with an option to extend for an additional ten (10) year term '

all as provided in said written lease agreement. ~

of'the N 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 20,
Township 34 South, Ranqe 40 East.
