MEMORANDUM OF LICENSE

W I T N E S S E T H:
Fort Pierce Port and Airport Authority, a quasi
public corporation, as Licensor, and Robert M. Mulgrew, as
Licensee, did on the 13 ~-day of November, 1973, enter into
a written license agreement whereby Licensor did give Licensee
a license to use the following described property during the
primary or any renewal term of that certain lease agreement
of even date herewith between the aforementioned parties.

of the SE 1/4 of Section 20, Township 34
South, Range 40 East.
