KNOW ALL MEN BY TNESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day ~f OctoSer,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Tr~~st, securing
a5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page ~
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie ~ounty, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of $1,112,392.00 and
also encumbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed ~oas recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Paqe 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded

Lucie County, Florida; and
t,IHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a.
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and ope ration of said
mortgage;

said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharaed of and fran the lien of said htortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in any?vise impair,
alter or diminish the eFfect, lien or encunbrance of the aforesaid
Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged property not released
