DISSOLOTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 9th day of August, 1974_,_ and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: ThisCourt has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the.relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between WILLIAM GRADY
BARKER, Husband, and RHONDA S. BARKER, Wife, be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom.
i 2. That ~the Petitioner, WILLIAM GRADY BARKER, shall pay to

; the Respondent, RHONDA S. BARKER, Wife, the sum of $350.00 representing
~
~ her equity in the 1971 Plymouth Cricket automobile.
~ 3. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of $300.00
~
to be reasonable fee for the wife's attorney for his services herein
and WILLIAM GRADY BARKER is ordered to pay said attorney s.aid sum
~ together with costs herein assessed at $ ND~E~
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers in Fort Pierce, Florida, this ~
day of August, 1974. ,
