THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing upon motion of the =

plaintiff, through counsel, for the appointment of an attorney and !

guardian ad litem for the absent unknown defendants, defendants in ~

the military services of the United States, minor defendants and ~

also to represent defendants non compos mentis or otherwise under ~
legal disability, if any, and it appearing to the Court that such
m~tion is well taken, and the Court being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, it is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS: -
(1) That J. Michael Brennan , an attorney
learned in the law be, and he is hereby appointed as guardian and
k attorney ad litem for all of the absent unknown defendants, defen-
~ dants in the military services of the United States, minor defendants

~ and defendants non compos mentis or otherwise under legal disability,

if any, to this cause.
