TEMPORARY RELIEF ORDER ~''~C~~~;~'
This cause coming to be heard on the Wife's prayer for
temporary reli~gf, and the parties being represented by their
respective counsel who have stipulated to the entry of the
following Order, and the Court being advised in the premises,
It is therefore ORDERED as follo~s:

l. Custody of the minor daughter, KRISTIN L. CIOFFI,
is awarded to the Wife, pendente lite, with reasonable rights
of visitation reserved to the Iiusband.
2. Commencing August 1974, the Husband shall
pay to the Wife the sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars per week for

~ 3. The Husband shall vacate the home of the parties at

2408 South lOth Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, instanter, and shall ?

pay as they become due and before they become delinquent all j
