FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 16th day of August, 1974
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. The
Court further finds that the parties have agreed and have stipulated
in open court to the various payments set out below.
It is therefore ORDERED as follows:
l. The marriage between RAYMOL~ID S. SARRY and GLADYS R.

i BARRY be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
l
~ each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
e
~ heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
~
therefrom.
2. Commencing the lst day of September, 1974, the Husband
~ shall pay to the Wife^the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars and
~
a like sum on the lst of each of the twenty-three (23) succeeding
~
~
~
- months for a total of Two Thousand Four Hundred ($2,400.00) Dollars.
~
~ 3. The Husband shall make the payments due on the television
~

~ set and dishwasher in possession of the Wife as they become due and
~
~
~ before they become delinquent.
