~ (1) That the Aus~and, EMORY E. MOORE be and he is I

, hereby found in contempt of Court for the non-payment of ~

attorneys fees and costs as awarded in that Final Judgment j
~
: of Dissolution of Marriage dated February 26, 1974 with the ~
i
total sum being due of $333.25.

(2) That the Husband, EMORY E. MOORE be and he is ;
hereby permitted to purge himself of this finding of his I
;
I ,
; being in contempt of Court by paying the sum of $40.00 per i
~ - i
~ month beginning on Friday, August 23, 19~4, and continuin~ !
~ each month thereafter until said sum is fully paid. Said i
~ payments to be paid to the law firm of Carlton, Brennan, '
~ ;
~ McAliley, Albury & Hayskar. ~
(3) That this Court retain jurisdiction for any
further Orders in this cause. - ~
