THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing upon motion of the

plaintiff, through counsel, for the appointment of an attorney and i
uardian ad litem for the absent unknown defendants, defendants in ~

the military ser.vices of the United States, minor defendants and ~
also to represent de€endants non compos mentis or otherwise under
legal disability, if any, and it appearinq to the Court that such
motion is well taken, and the Court being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, it is, thereupon, ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS F~LLOWS:
