FINAL JUDGMEDI'P DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This action came on for hearing on the 16th day of August,
1974. and the Court, having given full consideration to all of
the evidence. finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and the subject matter of this action; that the
relationship of husband and wife now exists between the petitioner
and respondent and their marriage is irretrievably broken. It is,
thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJtTDGED as follows: ~

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Peti- 4

! tioner, MARK E. REMINGTON, and the Respondent, PRISCILLA REMINGTON,

~ be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of
3 them are forever freed from the obligations arising therefrom. j

~ 2. AGREEMENT. The separation and property settlement agree-
ment executed by the parties on the 22nd day of July, 1974, was.
freely entered into by the parties after a full disclosure and un-
der the circumstances that appear from the evidence to be for the
best interest of the parties; and in its entirety, the agreement
~ is incorporated by reference into this judgment, and the parties
~ .are ordered to comply with all terms of the agreement.
~ 3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties ;

~ hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be s
~ just and proper in the premises. - ~
