This cause came on to be heard before me this day on _
the motion of the petitioner for Final Judgment of Adopt~on, and
it appearing to the Court that the Petitioner is a fit and .
proper person to adopt the minor child sought to be adopted
and that the best interests of the child will be promoted by
the adoption and that the child is suitable for adoption by
the Petitioner, VELTON GLENN HAWLEY, add being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is
ADJUDGED that the minor child known as Richard Dean
Lynn is declared to be the legal child of ~ie Petitioner and
is given the name of Glenn Dean Hawley by which name he shall

heir of the Petitioner, Velton Glenn Hawley, entitled to all
