SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE i
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESS PRESBNTS, That we, OTIS R. PARKER, JR.,
LAURA FAYE ARNOLD and EUGENIA PARKER, the owners and holders of
three-quarrters' (3/4ths) interest in and to a certain mortgage
deed executed by THOMAS L. SLOAN to Otis R. Parker, Jr., Zaura
Faye Arnold, Eugenia Parker and Jessie Hambleton, bearinq date
the 30th day of September, A. D. 1971, recorded in O. R. Book 195,
paqe 2909, in the office of the Clerk.of the Circuit Court of
St. Luaie County, State of Florida, securinq four (4) certain
notes in the principal sum of Three Thousand Seven Hundred
Fifty and 00/100 ($3,750.00) Dollars each, and certain promises
and ob~igations set forth in said mortgage deed upon the property
situated in said State and County, described as follows, to wit: ,
W 150 feet of the East 315 feet of the North 260 feet
of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 9, Township 35
South, Ranqe 40 East
~"The note payable to Jessie Hambleton, now deceased, was
paid and satisfied and surrendered as cancelled and
satisfied by Bertram L. Hambleton, Jr., as executor
of the estate of Jessie P. Hambleton, deceased, on
the 9th day of March, 1973."
hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said notes and
mortgage deed and surrender the same as cancelled and hereby direct ~
the C~.erk of the said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
