which said Claim of Lien was duly recorded in 0. R. Book 227
at page 1052, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and ~

WHEREAS, William J. Groetsch has deposited the sum of ~
$2,028.66 as security to discharge said lien;
NOHI, THEREF01tE, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit
Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, does hereby certify
the transfer of.the subject lien from the real property de-
scribed above to the security above and does further certify
that a true copy thereof has been mailed by certified mail to
