ORDLR OF COMMITMENT
This cause coming to be heard upon the Affidavit of the
Wife's attorney, and the Court finding therefrom that the Husband
has failed to pay the Thirty ($30.00) Dollars weekly payment on ~
May 24, 1974 and all subsequent Fridays including August 16, 1974
as Ordered ?sy this ~Court in the "Orde~"' dated May 1, 1974 and
it further appearing to the Court that the Husband has failed to
pay to Willes, Bittan & Willes the swn of Thirty ($30.00) Dollars,
and the Court being advised in the premises; '
, It is therefore ORD$RED that all and singular the Sheriffs

! of the State of Florida shall commit the Husband, CHARLES H. McI~NZIE,

and transmit him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Flori , to
serve ~Q full days for his contempt of this Court;

may purge himself by paying to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County for
the Wife the sum of Three Hundrec3 Ninety ($390.00) Dollars and the
sum of Thirty ($30.00) Dollars for Willes, Bittan & Willes; on .
