In the event the Husba~id fails to execute an aFpropriate instru-
ment conveying his interest in the above described property to f
the Wife within fifteen days from the date of this Final Ju3gment,
then in that event this Final Judgment sha11 act as a transfer of ~

his interest in said lands to the Wife in fee simple. _
3. That the Husband, RAYMOND F. DAY, shall have the
right to remove from the ma~ital home located at 642 Bolin Court,
Port St. Lucie, Florida, the follo~ing personal property within
five days from the date of this Final Judgment, to-wit:

Miscellaneous yard tools, etc. ~
1 Bed
1 Chest of Drawers ~
1 Small chest of drawers - shoe cabinet

1 Grey metal shelves in utility rocsm - small one ~
1 12,000 B.T.U. air conditioner
All junk out of carport and attic except
2 lanterns, 1 cooler and 1 hydraulic jack.
- All other tools ir: the carport and stored in
~ the attic including a spare tire shall be
` removed by the Husband

~ All remaining personal property located in the dwelling, including

~ furniture, furnishings, 2 lantPrc, 1 cooler and 1 hydraulic jack
shall b~ the sole property of the Wife, and title shall vest in her.
~ 4. That the Wife, by appropriate instruraent, shall convey _
to the Husband her interest in that certain mortgage dated July 13,
1972 made by Anthony G. DiMicco and Elvira DiMicco, his wife, in
favor of Raymond F. Day and Norma Y,ouise Day, his wife, and
. recorded in Mortgage Book 7818, page 728, public records of Dade
County, Florida upon the following d~scribecl parcel of land situate
and being in Dade County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 27, Block 3, Biscayne Shores, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Flat Book 23, Page
52 of the public records of Dade County, Florida
