any refund on the 1973 joint income tax return filed by the Husband
andl~ife; that the Husband shall endorse any refund voucher or
check refunding any monies on the 1973 income tax return. In the
event the Husband fails, within five days after request by the Wife,
to endorse said instrument then this Final Judgment shall act as an
endorsement thereof and the Wife shall be entitled to, and have,
the full amount of such refund check or voucher.
6. That the Husbarid shall forthwith remove himself and
his personal effects and his furniture and furr.ishings from the
marital home at 642 Bolin Court, Port St. Lucie, Florida within
five days from the date_of this Final Judgment.
7. The Husband shall pay to Errol S. Willes of the law ~
firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes the sum of ~ao Hundred Dollars
($200.00) to be apFlied on the Wife's attorneys' fees and costs
i for his services herein and the Husband, RAYMOND F. DAY, is

~ ordered to pay said attorneys gaid sum.

o. ~'ne iiusband, P~AYMOND F. DAY, has the right to remave
all of the citrus trees located on Lct Z5, Block 3125 of Port St.
Lucie Section Forty-five as above set out, providing that such
~ removal shall be done within sixty days from the date of the Final
Judgment and that the Husband shall fill to ground level a 11 holes
dug in removing of said citrus trees and sod the same with grass
to matcl~ the existing lawn so that there will be an even lawn an ~
s3id Lot 15 above describeci.
Errol S. Willes, Esquire, counselor of record for the Wife,
shall retain in his possession the Assignment of Mortgage as above
set out in Paragraph 4 for a period of sixty days from the date of
