to me in hand this day paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknoWledged, ~
t hereby release the property hereinafter described from a certain lien i
filed by m~ as attorney for Safway Steel Scaffolding Co. of Georgia, in
0. R. Book 229 page 238 of
~ the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida
on the 27th day of Ju~e, A.D., 1974 for the sum of Seven THousand Seven
Hundred and Seventy-Seven and 14/100 ($7,777.14) Dollars due Safvay Steel
Scaffolding Co. of GeorAia for materials on said property; and I hereby
declare said lien is released as to, and only as to, the fo_llowing property
located in St. Lucie County, Florida and covered by the above described
lien:
AREA 3: Commencing at the intersectioi: of the North
right-of-Way of Ixaria Avenue and the ~iest
right-of-vay of U.S. Highway No. l, Said point
of intersection lying 7 feet ~'est of the Southeast
corner of L~t 44, of HARAVILLA G:~RDBNS, UNIT-ONE,
according to the Plat thereof, as record~d in Plat
Book 6, at page 55 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, run West along the South line ~f said
Lot 44, a distance of 62~.34 fee~ to the Point of
Beginning. From the point-of-beginning, continue
West 123.0 feet to a point; thence run North 129.5 -
feet to a point on the North line of said Lot 44;
j thence run East along said North Lot line 123.0 feet
~ to a point; thence run South 129.5 feet to the Point-
~ of-Beginning. SUnJECT to an access easement for
Ingress and Egress purposes over the East and Flest
