MINERAL DEED ~$9•7~r0
WHEREAS. under date of October 31, 1939. Consolidated Naval
Stores Company conveyed to Pine Land Company the lands hereinafter
des~rihed, and in said deed of conveyance ratained all oil. gas and other
mineral rights in place on or under said premises. and
WHEREAS. the Grantees herein represent themselves as the owners
of said property at the present time and Y~ave requested CONSOLIDATED-
TOMOKA LAND CO successor in title to Consolidated Nava? Stores Company,
to release and convey said mineral reservation to them;
NOW . THEREFORE . KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS . That - -
CONSOLIDATED-TOMOKA LAND CO a corporation existing under the
laws of the State of Delaware, having its principal place of business
in Lh~.~ounty of Highlands and State of Florida, hereinafter called the
Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars (~10.00)
and oiher valuable considerations. receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, transfer, assign and deliver
unto ROLLIN W. TEDDER and ELOISE A. TEDDER, his wife. hereinafter -
~ called the Grantees, all of its interest in and under and that may be -
