The Grantor. for itself, its successors anci assigns. does hereby ~

reserve one-half rayalty rights in any oil. gas or other minerals that
might be in or upon the lands abave described, evidenced by any lease
thereon. By the term "one-half royalty" it is understood and agreed
- that the Grantor is to receive one-sixteenth of any .oil, gas or other minerals
~ that might be produced from said land; but it shall not be entitled to
any rentals or delay reritals derived from any future oil. gas or mineral
lease or any bonus given therefor on the mineral interest herein conveyed .
This reser~ atinn is contractual in nature and forms a part of the consideration
for t~~.; executior. of this deed and is and shall be a covenant running
with the land and binding upon Grantees. their heirs and assigns.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described mineral rights with
all and s~ngular the rights, privilsges, and appurtenances thereunto ~
I~ or in anywise belonging to said Grantor herein . -
