- WITNESSETH:
Sublessor does lease, rent, let and demise, and by these presents
does lease; rent, let and demise unto said Sublessee an equal undivided
interest in the property more fully described in that certain Lease ~

Agreement between LANDMARK VILLAS, INC., a Florida Corporation of Jensen
Beach, Florida, as,Lessor, and VILLA DEL SOL, INC., dated the 23rd
day af January ~ lg 70 , and recorded in Officai Record Boak
182 ~ page 1384 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
It is the intent of ±he Sublessor to enter into d sublease with each _ ~

~ shall acquire at the time of execution of their individual sublease, - ~

TERMS OF EXISTIAJG LEASE INCORPORATED HEREIN. The terms of the

said terms and provisions were herewith set forth in full, except the
provis~ons set out in this Sublease supersede contrary provisions in
the lease.
