1. That the marriage between Petitioner, JUDITH WADDELL,

and Respondent, HARDX A. WADDELL, is d3ssolved becaus~ it is irretriev-

~j ably broken.
i~ 2. The care, custody and control of the minor children of the

i~ parties, ALTON RAY, age 16 years; SHIELA FAYE, age 14 years; ANGELA
~f GAYE, age 13 years; and RICHARD JAY, age 12 years, is granted to the ~

Petitioner subject to Respondent's right of liberal but reasonable visitation

i~ privileges, to be exercised at such times and under such circumstances as ~
i~ will serve the best i.-~terests of the children, primarily bearirig in mind their
ages, maturity, desires, health, education and general welfare; and a

secondary consideration shall be the convenience and desires of the parties.
