RES~UTION NO. 74-103
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commis-
sion held a public hearing on June 27, 1374, notice of which ;

was published at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing.
At said public hearing said Commission recommended to the Board - `

of County Commissiar_P rs of St. Lucie County that Items 1, 2, 4
and b of the following amendments to the Comprehensive Zoning ~

Resolution for St. Lucie County be adopted, that Item 3 be amended
and Item 5 be deleted. ~
WHEREAS, said ~oard of County Commissioners held a public
hearing on said amendments on August 20, 1974, after first publish-
i~g a
n~o ice of said hearing in the News Tribune published in
Fort Pierce, Florida on the 12th day of ..TUly, 1974, said date being
at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date of said hearing.

NOW, TE~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Bo«rd of County Coimnis- ~

sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida in meeting assembled this
I 20th day of August, 1974, that the Comprehensive Zoning Resolution

~ for St. Lucie County be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
~ 1. Amend Subsecti~n 19 of Section 7 to read:
"19. BUILDINGS TO HAVE ACCESS
No building permit shall be issued for :-he erection
of a building unless the lot abutts on a public street
or a private street constructed to county specifications
and approved by the Board of County Commissioners for the
minimum width set forth in the district regulati ons."
2. Amend P3ragraph (F)(1) of Subsection 20 of Section 7 to read:
"(1) Boundary and topographic survey prepared by a
registered Florida land surveyor showing the line of and
elevation of inean high water and certifying the acreage
contained within the property excluding any 1 ands that
have an elevation of less than the elevation of inean high ;
water as provided in Paragraph 3 of Subsection 21 of
Section 7." ~

3. Amend Paragraph H of Subsectioti 20 of Section 7 to read:
