THIS CAUSE, having come on for final hearing upon the Com-
.
plaint and Answers filed herein and the Court having heard ~
t
testimony and having the Affidavit submitted, and the Court be-
ing other.aise fully advised in the premises, the Court finds as
follows:
1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties and of
the subject matter.
~ 2. That the equities of this cause are with the Plaintiffs

and against the Defenda~nts, MAGIC ENTSRPRI3ES, INC., a Florida

corporation, JOSEPH MAGGIO and MARIE MAGGIO, his wife, and T. . ;
MARCO d/b/a MARCO PLUMBING.
3. That the allegations contained in the Complaint have
been proven by com~tent evidence, and that there is now due and
owing to the Plaintiffs from the Defendants, MAGIC ENTERPRISES,
INC., on the mortgage indebtednPss described in the Complaint, ;

tr,e sum of $25,900.00 together with interest thereon from Decem- ~
~ ber 1, 1973 to August 20 , 1974 in the amount of $1,309.38, ~
~ attorney fees in the amount of $2,500.00 which the Court finds
to be a reasonai~Ie fee in this cause, costs of this action in
the amount of ~25.00, and court costs in the amount of $50.00 :

for a total sum of $29,784.38 and all such sums are secured by
the lien of the mortgage herein foreclosed. •
