2. Upon confirmation of the sale as provided by statute
or by Order of Court, the Clerk ~hall disburse the proceeds of ~

(a) The costs and expenses of this action incurred after
the date hereof.
(b) The remaining amounts due the plaintiff with interest
; thereon as provided by statute fram the date hereof through the

3. Should there be a surplus after the payments abovc

4. The plaintiff may~id for and be the purchaser of the
property at the sale. Should the plaintiff be the successful
bidder, it shall pay all costs and expense of the sale and be
credited on its bid so much of the amounts due it as may be
necessary to satisfy its bid.
