Plaintiff's Motion to Amend Complaint and Plaintiff's Motion for
Protective Order and both parties being represented by counsel ~

and the Court being fullg advised in the premises, iC is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Plaintiff's Motion to Amend Complaint is hereby
granted and same shall be done by interlineation whever it is ~
alleged in the Plaintiff's Complaint that "General Development

Corporation, a Florida corporation" shall be changed to "General
Developmen~ Corporation, a Delaware corporation". No additional
, answer shall be required of the Defendant.

i ~2.~ The Plaintiff's Motion for Protective Order is denied

as to that part of the Defendant's Notice to Produce requiring - _
the original telephone bills for the month of December 1973 from }

(a) The Fort Pierce residence of Duane W. Huck. ~
(b) The Fort Pierce nffice of Duane W. Huck.

(c) The West Palm Beach office of Duane W. Huck, and
any other telephone bills of Duane W. Huck for the month of December
1973. AlI confidential credit card numbers for charges of long-
distance calls may be deleted by the Plaintiff.
~ The remainder of the Mo~ion for Protective Order is hereby
