THOSE PORTIONS THEREOF lying north of the easterly
extension of the north line of Lok 15, Block 4; lying
north of the westerly extension of the north line of Lot
9, Block 4, and any portion thereof lying west of the
easterly right of way line of U. S. Highway No. l.
All as shown on Plat No. 1, St. Lucic Gardens as recorded in
Plat Book 1 at page 35 of the Public Records df St. Lucie
County, Florida.
and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing there were no objec~ians to
closing, vacating and abandoning said right of way and renouncing ~
and disclaiming any right of St. Lucie County and the public in and
. to the lands lying v~ithin said right of way, and in the opinion or
the Board of County Commissioners, it is ~o the best interest of the
public to close, vacate and abandon said road and disclaim and
renounce any right of St. Lucie County anci the public in and to the
lands lying within said right of way.
N~1, TI~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Boar~ of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in_meeting assembled this 6th
day of August, 1974, as follows:
1. Those portions of public rights of way in St: Lucie County,
Florida described above, be and the same are hereby closed, vacated
and ahandoned, and any right of St. Lucie County and the public in
~ and to the land lying •+~ithin said rights-of way is herPby disclaimed
and renounced. .
2. That a Notice of adoption of this resolution shall be
published in the News Tribune, Fort Pierce, Florida, one time within
thirty (30) days of the date hereof.
3. That the proof of publication of the Notice of Public
Hearing, a certified copy of this resolution and the proof of
publication of the Notice of Adoption of this r~so~.ution be recorded
in the deed rECOrds of St. Lucie County, Florida,
