RESOLUTION NO. 74-93
. WI~REAS, tt.e Board of County Co~r~nissioners of St. Lucie County,

Flarida held a public hearing on the 6th day of August, 1974, after
first publishing a notice of saiG hearing in the News Tribune at
Fort Pierce, Florida on July 15, 19T4 on closing, vacating and
abandoning that portion af the fo~lowing described right of way,
and renouncing and disclaiming any right of St. Lucie County.an3
the public in and to the lands lyxng withiri that portion of said
right of way in St. Lucie County, Florida described as follows~:
A certain 15-foot easement lying adjacent ta the East
boundary of th~: following described property:
Start at East line of and 300' South of the North-
east corner of Lot 15, Block 3, ST. LUCIE GARDENS
SUBDIVISION in Section 1, Township 37 South, Range
;40 East, St. Lucie County; thence travel Westerly
on a line that is parallel to the North line of
said Lot 15, for a distance of 297.47' plus or minus,
to the Easterly right of way line of U.S. One; thence
travel Southerly along said Easterly right of way
for a distance of 190' to a point, thence travel
Easterly 207' plus or m~nus to a point located on the
Easterly line of said Lot 15, and 190' Scuth of the
point of beginning, thence run in a Northerly direction
of said Lot 15, to the point of beginning, all being
in Lot 15, Block 3, Plat I~To. 1, ST. LUCIE GARDENS
I SUBDIV!'~ION, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 35, St.
I Lucie County Public Records in Section 1, Township 37
South, Range 40 East.

GARDENS SUBDIVISIOI~, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page

Section 1, Township 37 South, Range 40 East.~

WHEREAS, at ~ai.d publie hearing there were no objections to
~ closing, vacating and abandoning said right of way and renouncing
and disclaiming any right of St. Lucie County and the public in and
to the lands lying within said -right of way, and in the opinion of
the Board of County Commissioners, it is to the best interest of the
public to close, vacate and abandon said road and discZaim and
renounce any right of St. Lucie i a•anty and the ,public in and to the
