DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trzal the 21st day of Aug~~st, 1974,
and tlle Court having given full consideration to all the evidenc~,
finds and determines: T`his Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and sub~ect matter of this suit; that the relation of husband aZd
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage Ue-
tween the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. Z'he marriage between the

existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. RESTOItATION OF NAME. RZTA ANN HARDEE be, and she is
hereby authorized to assume her fonner name or RITA ANN LAVIN and
