Each payment shall bp made to the Clerk of this Court and ;
by him remitt~cl promptly to RITA-ANN LAVIN. In addition, there ~
is herPby assessed the sum of One ($1.04) Dollaz as statutory
costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. 1y11 payments•
shall be made in cash, money c,rder or Cashier's check. Both of
the parties are ordered to k~ep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this
Order is in effect.
THOMAS E. HARDEE, SR. shall pay to RITA ANN LAVIN the sum
• of Five Hundred Fifty ($550.00) Dollars for past hospital and med-
ical bills incurred by her during this marriage. ~
4. RESTRAINING OR~ER. Each of the parties is hereby en-
joined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying
the other. ~
5. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of Three
Hundred Fifty ($350.00) Dcllars to be reasonable for the wife's
attorney for his services herein and THOMAS E. HARDEE, SR. is
ordered to pay said attorney said sum, t~x-ether with costs herein

- assessea at T'hirty and 50/100 ($30.50j Dollars.
6. JURISDICTION. JUrisdiction of this cau~e, and the par-
ties hereto is retainzd for the entry of such further Orders as
