first above described.
(2) An exclusive perpetual Easement on and over a strip of land 20 ft. in width on and
over the S~ of the SW~ of the SW;~ of. Sec. 9, T 34 S, ft 39 E, lying parallel and adjacent
to the public road comraonly known as "Kobl2gard Road", for constructing, using, operating
~ and maintaining a drainage cansl . Crantors reserving unto themselves , their heirs and
~ ~ssigns, the right to install, maintsin, operate and use 18" culvert pipes not exceeding 30 feet
~ each in length in any drairaage canal constructed thereon as passageways across said canal. .
Said culvert pipes s_ha12 be constructed and maintained in such manner as not to unreasonably
obstruct the flow of water through said canal.
There is no consideration either cash or otherwise passing between the parties as the Grantee
purchased the above-described premises and held the same in the name af the Grantors as
