This cause came on to be heard August 21, 1974, af~er notice, ~

upon tt~e petitioner's motion for-temporary child support while :

this cause is pending; and the Court having heard the evidence F
presented and the arguments of the attorneys for the parties, and
being fully advised, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the respondent, DAVID A. GOODWIN, is ordered to ;

pay to the petitioner the sum of Thirty Dollars ($30.00) per week `
as temporary child support pendente lite, beginning on the 30th
day of August, 1974 and to pay said child support pendente lite ~
to the Clerk of the Circuit Court, and in addition there is hereby
assessed the sumn of One Dollar ($1.00) as statu~ory cost to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be
