THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 21st day of August, 1974,
and the Court ~:aving given full consideration to all the evidence, '
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties

and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband ~
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage ~
~
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dis- ;
~
solved; and that the husband does not have special equity in ;
;
jointly owned property of the parties, It is thereupon ;

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ;

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ORIN S. ~
CAMPBELL and CAROLYN S. CAMPBELL be and the same is hereby dissolve~d
and the parties and each of them are forever freed from the bonds ~

of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obli-

gations arising therefrom. -
2. PRGPERTY. The parties become by law, tenants in com~non
