of John Walter Lawt~an, first party, to Richard P. Krause Jr. and
Sue G. Krause, his wife, whose post office address is North Old
Dixie Highway, Fort Pierce, Fl.orida; second party:

second party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the said second
party forever all the right, title, interest, claim and demand

in Deed Book 249, at Page 29 of the Public oi
Records of St. Lucie County, which said portion
of abandoned right of way is adjacent to and {
