~ NOTICE is hereby given that a civil action was instituted in the

W Circuit Court in and for S~L. Lucie County, Florida on August ~i , 1974, by

~ Electric Construction Compary. Inc. , a Florida corporationp against 4

~ ~ Walter Kassuba Realty Corporation, a Wisconsin corporation, Kassuba-
~ ~ Abramson Investment Company, and Walter J. Kassuba and Stephen J.
Abramson, individually and doing business as Kassuba-Abramson Investment
Company, for foreclosure of a mechanic's lien and other relief.
The property involved is real property situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, ar.d is described in Eahibit "A" attached hereto.
The relief sought in the action is the enforcement and foreclosure o~
a mechanic's lien on said property arising from a claim of lien dated
July 25, 1974 and recorded August 1, 1974 in Official Records Book 230 at
pages 1156 through 1158 in the Officiai Rerords of St. Lucie County, Florida,
relating to labor, services and materials furnished in connection with the
construction o: a mobile home park known as Tava:res Cove, Phase I. .
