hereby waive, release, remise and relinquish the undersigned's right to claim,
d~nand, impress or impose a lien or liens for materials furnished (or any kind of

tractor up to and including the date mentioned ahove, and does not in any way waive,
release or compromrse any other claim, lien or mechanic's ?ien the undersigned may
have or claim to have now or hereafter against the above described property arising
from the furnishing of materials and/or labor to other individvals or firms owing
on said property or construction improvements, hereon, or arising hereafter from
