THIS CAUSE coming on €or final hearing this day on the
Motion for Final Decree of the Plaintiff, upon the Plaintiff's
eamplaint to quiet title, and the evidence offered in support of
such complaint, ar.d the Court beinq duly advised in the premises,
it is upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That due and l~gal service of process has been had
upon all of the Defendants and that the Default Judgment previoLSly
entered in this cause is ratified and confirmed; this Court has
~ jurisdiction of the partips of this cause and subject matter;

the allegations contained in the complaint have been-proved by
competent evidence and that the equities in this cause are with the
Plaintiff.
2. That at the time of the commencement of this action,
title to the parcel of land situate in the Countv of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, described as follows:
Lot 72, of PARK~+iAY PLACE as per plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 4, Page 7, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
was and now is vested in the Plaintiff, RAYMOND J. LORENZ as
owner in fee simple absolute.
3. The cloud on the Plaintiff's title to the above-
d~scribed land is caused by the failure of the Defendant, OCTAVIA
AVRIETT, now deceased, to file a Satisfaction of that second
mortgage dated January 14, 1954, and filed Fraburay 8, 1954, and
recorded in Mortgage Book 1G6, Page 449, of the Public Records of
