real property is hereby forever quieted aqainst any and all c~sims,
demands or pretentions of said Defendants to any righfi, title,
possession, lien, interest or equity in the above-dQSCribed
property includinq a certain mortgage dated January 14, 1954,
and filed on February 8, 1954, reco'rded in Mortgaqe Book 106,
Page 449, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
. 5. That the said mortgage mentioned in Paragraphs 3 and
' 4 above is, so far as it a~fects the said property of the Plaintiff's,
herehy judged and decreed to be satisfied, and the Defendants are
hereby perpetually enjoined and reatrained from settinq up or making
any claim to or on the real property above-described, or any part
thereof .
6. The title to that property is forever quieted and the
Plainti~f has a good fee simple title as aqainst those mentioned
above.
