Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, and that in pursuance of
an order given by JOHI~i WILLIAMS, Lienor furnished materials
consisting of redwood, cedar panels, shingles, masonite, and
other assorted building materials on the follawing described

of FEC Railroad right-of-way, with ripa=ian rights less
Savanna Road right-of-way: said land lying and being in
City of Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida.
owned by ERVII~i B. BUSH, SR. of a total value of $4,160.57 of
which there remains unpaid $3,550.40 and furnished the first

C of the same on May 17, 1974 anc~ the last of the same on June 24,

~ 1974, and that the Lienor served his Notice to Owner on August 22,
1974, by Certified Mail.
