This cause caaing to be heard upon the Wife's Motion
for Order of Contempt, and the Husband appearing and being
repgesented by counsel; the Cour~ finds and determines that the
Husband. is in arrears in child aupport ~ayments in the aum of
ThrQe Hun~clred Ninety-Five ($395.00) Dollars and is in arrears
in attorneys fees and court costs in the sum of Three Iiundred
Ninety-Five ($345.50) Dollars and 50/100, and the Court being
advised in the premises,
It is therefore ORD$RED as follows:

I~ 1. The 8usband shall pay to the law firm of Willes, Bittan
& Willes the sum of Twenty ($20.00) Dollars each and every week
~ commencing October 1, i974 until the full swa of Three Hundred
Ninety-Five ($395.50) Dollars and 50/100 is fully paid.
2. When the attorneys fees set out above are fully paid,
the Husband shall increase the child support payments by Twenty
($20.00) Dollars each and every week until the full arrearage of
Three Hundred Ninety-Five ($395.00) Dollars is fully paid. ~
