O R D S R
This cause coming to be heard upon the Wife's attorney's
Motion for Contempt for failure to pay the attorneys fees and
court costs set out in the Final Judgment dated November 16~ 1973,
and the Court having heard testi.mony of the Husband, and being
advised in the premises,
It is therefore ORDBRSD as follows:
1. The Court determines the Husband to be in contempt

of this court for failure to make the payments set out in Paragraph
4 of the Final Judgment dated Novetnber 16, 1973.
2. The Husband may purge hiuaself of his contempt by
paying the swn of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars per month on the attorneys
fees and caurt costs which total Two Hun~~ed Thirty-Three ($233.00)
Dollars commencing September 15,. 1974 and a like sum on the 15th
~
of each month thereafter until the arrearage of Two Hundred Thirty- ;
Three ($233.00) Dollars is fully paid.
3. In the event of the failure of t,'~e Husband to make the
payments set.out above, as evidenced by Affidavit, an Order of
- Comm~tment will be issued without further notice to the Husband,
requiring the Husband to serve ~ ful.l days for contempt of this ;
Ccurt.
