O R D E R
This cause cominq to be heard upon the Wife's attorney's
Motion for Contempt for failure to pay the~attorneys fees and
court costs set out in the Final Judgment dated December 1, 1972,
and the Court having_heard testimony of the Husband, and being
advised in the premises,
-It is therefore ORDERED as follows:
- l. The Court determines the Husband tc~ be in contempt
of this court for failure to make the payments set out in Paragraph
3 of the Final Judgment dated December l, 1972.
' 2. The Husband m~y purge himself of his contempt by

~ paying the sum of Twenty ($20.00) Dollars per week on the uttorneys
fees and court costs which total Three Hundred Sixty-Five ~$365.50)
Dollars and 50/100 com~nencing November.l, 1374 and a like swa on
each Friday thereafter until the arrearage of Three Hundred Sixty-

Five ($365.50) Dollars and 50/100 is fully paid. . ~
3. In the event of the failure of the Husband to make the
payments set out above, as evidenced by Affidavit, an Order of~
Commitment will be issued without further notice to the Husband,
requiring the Husband to serve full days for contempt of this .
Court.
