BEFORE ME, the und~rsigned authority, personally appeared
G. R. McDONALD, JR., who, being duly sworn, says that he is the
Attorney for the Lienor herein, BUSH POOLS AND PRECAST, INC., a
Florida corporation, whose address is 3309 Oleander Boulevard, Fort -
Pierce, Florida; that said Lienor had a contract with Mr. and Mrs.
John Williams, under which said Lienor furni3hed labor, services
and materials consisting of one Rectangular Swimming Pool, 30 feet
long, 15 feet wide, with a depth from 3 feet to 8 feet; one Sand
Filter, with a concrete base; and equipment consi~ting of a Three-
Step Ladder, Hand Rail, One Meter Board with Stand, and Que~n Curve
Slide, on th~ following described real property, situated at
2015 South Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
the legal descrYption of which is as follows:
The North 83 feet of Lot 6, PRICE'S SUBDIVISION,
St. Lucie County, Florida,
that the said property is owned by AUDREY S. HANNA BUNTER; that the
t total value of said labor, services and materials being $2,100.00,
I - plus interest, of which there remains unpaid $2,100.00, plus interest;
