entered into a cantract ~in regard to a part of certain Y
lots 2ocated in St. Lucie County, Florida, and by said
contract the descrip tion of the property was not cl~ar,
and it is agreed that the lots described in the ~ontract
dated November 28, 1972, should be described as follows:
Those parts of Lots Nos. 16, 17 and 18 lying
100 feet East of the West aine of Lot fl6 all in Block
~ D, Riverside Manor as recorded in Plat Book 9, page 6y
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Fiorida. The
North line of said lots front on Pa1m Drive 94.40 feet,
t he East line of said lots front on Old Dixie HighWay
123.60 feet and the Sauth line Qf said l~ts being 137.40
~ feet and the West line of said lots being I16 feet an3
there is a residence on said lots.
It is agreed that all other conditions mentioned !
