The North line of said lots front on Pa1m Drive 94.40 feet, t he East line of said lots front on Old Dixie HighWay 123.60 feet and the Sauth line Qf said l~ts being 137.40 ~ feet and the West line of said lots being I16 feet an3 there is a residence on said lots.
