HomeMy WebLinkAbout0642 B. whenever issue living at any particular tfine of ~ any person are referred to herein, the term "issue" shall be deemed to mean all of such person's lineal descendants of every degree livinq at that tir.te who have no ancestor then living who is a descendant of such pers~n. ~ ~ C. ~fienever any part of the princfpal of any trust created hereunder shall become distributable to a person who is fihen a minor, as his absolute property-, the T~ustee may, in his discretfon, withhold distributian of such property and invest and reinves~ the sar.ie, collect the income therefrom, and~ during the minority of such minor, may apnly so much of the net income or principal to the care, support, maintenance or education of such minor as the Trustee deems necessary or advisable, without the intervention of any guardia~ or curator, and accumulate, in- vest and re;nvest the balance of such income, if any, until such minor attains the age of twenty~one (21) years, and thereupon ` ~ pay over to him the unexpended pri~cipal and income so withheld. If such minor dies before attaining the age of twenty-one (21) pears, all such prf.ncipal and income shall be paid aver to the . estate of such minor. The author;ty conferred upa:~ the Trustee by this paragraph C shall not operate to suspend or prevent the absolute vesti~g of any property in such minor. With respect to the administration of any such property, the Trustee shall have all the powers, authority and discretion vested in hir~ under ' the provisions of this Agreement. ~TzcT.F izi A. The Trustee shall have all of the powers generally conferred upon trustees by law, and without limiting the samei shall be and is empowered to: r 1.
