relating to investments by trustees and in any form of property,
including, but.without excluding others, real estate and shares
in any type of investment tru~t or investment companys
2. Convert, reconvert and exchange, and from time
to time vary and change investments, whether original or subsequent=
borrow money and mortgage or pledge trust assets as security;
3. Either aniortize prpmivans a~ accumulate dis-
counts, or not, or? any securi~fes whether original or otherwise;
4. Lease for any term of years, even beyond the
probable duration of the trust estates; grant options, easements
and oil,-gas and mineral rights upon any part of the trust es-
tate in.perpetuity or for such times and upon such terms and -
conditions as the Trustee in his judgment shall deem bes~;
5. Take title to property, real or personal, and
cause the same to be registered in~his name as Trustee hereunder, ~
~ in his awn name, or in the name of a nominee withont disclosing
the trust, or in the case of securities to keep thEm unregistered -
so they will pass by delivery;
~ 6. Retain and continue to hold indefinitely as
~ investments any stocks or other property originally deposited ~
by the Settlor, or_acquired for the trusts fror.l the Settlor's
e9tate or otherwise transferred or bequeathed to the Trustee by
any person, reqardless of whether he would or could have pur- `
chased such investr.!ents as Trustee, and without being under any

- duty either to convert or diversify the same;
7. Make distributions and divisions of either
princ~pal or income either in kind or in money or partly in each,
determining the va2ue or values of such property himself, and
without fornal appraisals;
