In the inter~retation or construction of the provi-
sions of this Agreement, the masculine gender shall be deemed to
include the feminine and the neuter arid the singular the plural,
and vice versa.
C. This Agreement shall extend to and be binding upon
t~e personal representatives and assigns of the Settlor and upon
the successors of the Trustee.
